MCEF Awards Over $18,500 to MCPS Educators in 2023

On December 4, 2023, the Montgomery County Educational Foundation (MCEF) held its 2023 Grant Awards Ceremony, where the Board of Directors awarded over $18,576 in grants to 20 projects and programs in Montgomery County Public Schools. The event, which began in 2012, honored both grant recipients and their sponsors who provided the funds for these grants. In 2011, the MCEF established endowment and grant funds with the Community Foundation of the New River Valley. To date, the MCEF has awarded over $343,000 to 343 projects and programs in Montgomery County Public Schools.
